Graphic Designer
Location : On-Site or Remote

Position Overview : The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and editing highly visual digital and print designs for promotional and marketing materials delivered across various formats within the company, while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital artwork for the website, email marketing, Google ads, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Design various printed promotional marketing materials for company events and promotions, sponsorships, internal use, and all other marketing mediums.
- Create advertisements in multiple formats for projects while maintaining brand identity and continuity between projects.
- Knowledge of file handling and sizes for best practice in both digital and print advertising.
- Proven organizational skills that include the ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects efficiently; follow marketing schedules and meet deadlines; and work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Possess well-developed English language skills, including spelling, grammar and usage, and the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing.
- Ensure marketing messages have a clear purpose, clarity, and retain the style of our brand.
- Ability to follow a project management system and set deadlines.
- When needed, collaborate with in-house photographers and designers to arrange and set-up photoshoots and discuss creative.
- Prepare print files for output for both in house and external distribution.
- Maintain technical knowledge of the current industry by monitoring trends, reviewing professional publications, or attending workshops and seminars.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency and uphold to individual style guide requirements across various vendors.
- Communicate effectively with other members within the Art Department and promote a positive, team-oriented working environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.2-4 years of related design experience preferred.Strong creative design skills and the ability to present concepts effectively.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of print production.Experience with MacOS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
