Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator to oversee and enhance the performance, security, and reliability of our organization's IT infrastructure. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing hardware, software, and network systems while ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal functionality across all platforms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate expertise in various technologies, including Citrix, cloud services, and Dell systems.

Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain the organization's network systems, ensuring consistent connectivity and high performance.

Implement and administer Citrix and cloud-based technologies to optimize system operations and scalability.

Oversee Dell hardware and software solutions, ensuring proper configuration and usage.

Perform regular backups and recovery processes to protect data and minimize downtime.

Conduct cluster analysis to assess and improve network efficiency and reliability.

Monitor and troubleshoot computer hardware to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Execute AB testing to evaluate system updates and ensure compatibility.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement security protocols for the network.

Provide technical support and guidance to users, addressing any IT-related concerns.

Document system configurations and updates for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience in network administration, including hardware and software management.

Expertise in Citrix technologies and cloud-based systems.

Solid knowledge of Dell hardware and software solutions.

Familiarity with backup technologies and data recovery processes.

Ability to perform cluster analysis and optimize network performance.

Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and resolving technical issues.

Experience in conducting AB testing to assess system updates.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
