We are seeking a dynamic Solution Consultant to join our growing outbound sales team. This position plays a crucial role in spearheading proactive outreach to high-value prospects, with a particular focus on religious organizations and nonprofits, utilizing a blend of human expertise and AI-powered tools to fuel our sales engine. The successful candidate will specialize in selling mobile app development and custom software solutions tailored to the unique needs of religious institutions and nonprofit organizations, driving revenue growth through strategic engagement and long-term client relationships. Ideal for a tech-savvy, consultative salesperson who excels in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, this role emphasizes personalized solutions and client success in the IT services sector. All necessary training will be provided in-house to ensure alignment with our processes and industry expertise.
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns leveraging AI-assisted platforms to identify, personalize, and engage high-potential leads, with a focus on religious organizations and nonprofits seeking mobile app and software solutions.
- Prioritize outreach to religious institutions and nonprofit organizations looking for mobile app development and custom software to support their missions, aligning our IT expertise to address their specific needs.
- Utilize firmographic data, intent signals, and behavioral insights to prioritize prospects based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and detailed buyer personas, maximizing the relevance and impact of interactions.
- Craft personalized outreach messages by enhancing AI-generated drafts with human insights, contextual details, and tailored value propositions to foster genuine connections with religious and nonprofit stakeholders.
- Partner closely with marketing and revenue operations teams to continuously refine targeting strategies, messaging frameworks, and campaign tactics for optimal results in these specialized sectors.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for new sales opportunities and emerging business within assigned accounts, particularly within religious organizations and nonprofits, guiding prospects through the sales journey from initial outreach to deal closure.Build and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers in IT, procurement, and executive leadership roles within religious institutions and nonprofit organizations, both pre- and post-sale, to uncover evolving needs and opportunities.Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and customized proposals that clearly align our mobile app development, custom software, managed IT services, and cybersecurity offerings with clients' mission-driven goals and operational challenges.Adopt a consultative mindset to proactively identify unmet client needs, positioning our comprehensive suite of servicesincluding managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance solutionsas strategic enablers for organizational success.Ensure seamless handoffs to client management teams post-sale while maintaining ongoing collaboration to spot and pursue additional lines of business within existing accounts.Pipeline & Performance Management
Maintain precise forecasting, activity tracking, and opportunity updates in CRM systems to provide real-time visibility into pipeline health and sales performance.Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, such as technical experts and product specialists, to prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals that resonate with prospects in religious and nonprofit sectors.Monitor key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.Contribute to team-wide initiatives by sharing best practices, insights from client interactions, and feedback on tools and processes to enhance overall sales effectiveness, particularly in the religious and nonprofit markets.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.57 years of proven consultative sales experience within the technology sector, with a track record of driving revenue through strategic outreach and relationship-building.12 years of specific experience selling mobile app development and custom software solutions to religious organizations and nonprofit organizations, with a demonstrated ability to address their unique operational and mission-driven needs.Proven success in selling to compliance-driven industries, such as Financial Services, Legal, Healthcare, or similar regulated sectors, where security and reliability are paramount.Hands-on experience with diverse sales models, including Fixed Price contracts, Time & Materials (T&M) engagements, Staff Augmentation, and subscription-based "as-a-service" offerings like managed IT and cybersecurity.Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in a modern sales technology stack, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io or equivalent lead generation tools, and AI-driven sales automation software.Strong foundational knowledge of managed IT services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, mobile app development, and custom software, enabling credible consultations with technical and non-technical buyers in religious and nonprofit sectors.Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in written proposals, verbal presentations, and negotiations, while adapting to diverse audiences, including faith-based and mission-driven organizations.Highly self-motivated with a resilient, adaptable mindset; comfortable thriving in a tech-forward, fast-paced sales environment that demands initiative and continuous learning.Analytical acumen to interpret data, forecast trends, and make informed decisions, combined with a collaborative spirit to work effectively across teams.Cultural sensitivity and understanding of the unique priorities and challenges faced by religious institutions and nonprofits, enabling authentic and impactful client interactions.Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional performance-based commissions tied to sales achievements. All training for the role, including industry-specific knowledge and sales processes, will be provided in-house to ensure success. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, location, and market standards.
