- Design and develop innovative integration solutions using Boomi iPaaS platform that connect diverse systems and unlock data potential
- Build intelligent RPA workflows and bots using Automation Anywhere to automate complex business processes
- Look to the Future on emerging trends such as resilient self-healing bots and attended automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into elegant technical solutions that drive real impact
- Develop and maintain robust APIs and integration workflows that ensure seamless data flow across enterprise applications
- Lead testing, deployment, and performance optimization of automation solutions, ensuring reliability and scalability
- Create comprehensive technical documentation that enables team collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges using analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving approaches
- Build reusable, scalable components that accelerate future development and maintain high code quality standards
- Champion automation best practices and governance while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement
- Work in collaborative agile teams to deliver projects that transform business operations and enhance user experiences
- Strong foundation in Boomi iPaaS development with experience creating integrations that solve real business challenges
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere) - we value diverse learning paths and practical application
- API development expertise including REST / SOAP services, with experience in XML, JSON, and modern data formats
- Collaborative problem-solving approach, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud service enterprise integration patterns (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) that enable scalable solutions
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Groovy to customize and enhance automation capabilities
- Version control knowledge using Git / GitHub and experience working within structured development environments
- Agile methodology experience with ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative team environments
- Quality-focused mindset with attention to detail and commitment to delivering robust, well-tested solutions
- Growth-oriented attitude with curiosity about emerging technologies and passion for continuous learning
Desirable Skills
