About The Position

• A reference from a charge nurse or supervisor is required

Description :

This position operates on a schedule from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, with late call coverage.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room setting.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Local travelers are not accepted within a 75-mile radius.

Candidates may be required to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities.

Call requirements include coverage for late calls to complete the day's activities.

This role does not have a weekend requirement, and there are closures on all major holidays.

The work environment will involve a focus on various patient age groups and special procedures tailored to the surgical unit.

Compliance requirements are in place for BLS, basic math, operating room competency, skills exams, and more.
