Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and inquiries
Analyze trends in employee engagement and turnover to improve retention
Support company culture initiatives and manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Experience with multi-state operations
Experience building and enforcing company HR policies required
At least one year of human resources experience at manager level or higher preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
