Job summary : As a Technical Implementation Manager in the Commerce Platform Integrations team, you guide clients through complex technical integrations and ensure their success with our proprietary platform. You work closely with clients and internal partners, building strong relationships and delivering timely solutions. Your role is essential in driving innovation and supporting the growth of our payments business.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead integration testing by collaborating with clients to define scope, implement test plans, and execute transitions to production
• Manage incoming demand efficiently through effective queue management and time management
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product Solution Specialists, and Relationship Management to deliver innovative client solutions
• Lead recurring team meetings and training sessions to keep the team ahead of industry trends and best practices
• Identify and address service gaps to improve the testing experience and exceed team deliverables
• Oversee department procedures and processes, reporting and addressing gaps to enhance efficiency
• Provide clear updates and technical guidance to mid and senior management
• Foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the team
• Promote change by driving improvements in service and process
• Take ownership of project outcomes and proactively manage escalations
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal partners to support seamless integrations
