LHH has partnered with a well-established company near Grapevine, TX who is hiring for a seasoned Accounts Payable Manager with a strong background in high-volume AP processing and team leadership. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about mentoring teams and optimizing financial operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily AP operations and ensure efficient workflow across the department
Coordinate with the Controller on budget planning and weekly check runs
Monitor and manage cash flow to support financial health and reporting
Respond to escalated inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
Assist with Excel-based reporting and analysis
Mentor, train, and supervise a team of 8 AP staff members
Process executive-level invoices with discretion and accuracy
Support additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of solid AP experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing AP teams
Proficiency in AP systems; experience with Sage-Timberline or Vista / Viewpoint is a plus
Familiarity with the construction industry is helpful but not required
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Advanced Excel skills preferred

Pay Details : $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
