Currently hiring Fall 2025 and Winter 2026 New Graduate Nurses! Join Mercy St Louis Hospital Operating Room Residency!Seeking Graduate and Experienced Nurses interested in the OR.

• Experienced RNs with no OR experience will join the residency

Mercy OR conducts a variety of cases including Orthopedics, Neurology, General Services. RNs are typically hired into one of these specialty pods, and may have the opportunity to cross-train to other pods in the department. Residency program is 5 months with one month mentorship. After residency, RN moves into a mentorship which is specialty training for their new service line.
