This role is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is available in New York City.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Strategist on the Creators & Casting team, you'll support the development and execution of creator-led campaigns, help identify emerging talent, contribute to brainstorms, and bring energy and organization to every project. You'll be exposed to how strategy, creative, and culture intersect through creators and influencers.

• Research and identify creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms that align with campaign goals and client brands
• Support the development of creator strategies, casting recommendations, and presentation materials
• Participate in brainstorms, helping bring fresh ideas to the table
• Track cultural trends and creator news to help inform strategy
• Assist in coordinating creator outreach, communications, and deliverables
• Help with the organization and documentation of campaignsfrom contracts to deliverables to recaps
• Learn how to track and evaluate creator performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, earned, and production teams

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $52,000-$60,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York based hires only and is provided pursuant to the applicable law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
