We are seeking a board-certified Hospice / Palliative Medicine Physician in Pittsburgh, PA, to join an innovative company focused on transforming kidney care delivery. This full-time position requires conducting patient visits both in person and via phone, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Candidates must have local hospital privileges and a license to practice in Pennsylvania, with connections to local hospice facilities considered advantageous.

We are working on an amazing opportunity and looking for physicians in Pittsburgh, PA who are board-certified in palliative medicine. This is an innovative company based out of Nashville, TN and focused on changing the way kidney care is delivered.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8 : 30-5 : 00.

Must live in Pittsburgh and be board-certified and licensed in Pennsylvania.

Must have the ability to conduct patient visits via phone and in person in patients' homes.

Must have local privileges at a hospital. If you have connections to a local hospice, that is a plus.
