Key Responsibilities
Design experiences that improve activation, retention, and expansion across key customer journeys
Conduct A / B and multivariate tests to validate design ideas and accelerate learning
Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to align user value with business outcomes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in growth design within SaaS or technology environments
Proven ability to design based on experimentation and user behavior
Strong understanding of growth funnels and behavioral design frameworks
Proficient in Figma and rapid prototyping tools
Experience with analytics and experimentation platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude
