• Hours per Week : 36\n
• Contract Duration : 13 weeks\n
• Start Date : November 10, 2025\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $1720 - $1840\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Indiana nursing jobs preferred)\n
• BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)\n
• ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent bedside clinical experience (2 years preferred for travel nursing roles)\n
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills\n\nMed / Surg RN Responsibilities\n
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments (physical, emotional, social, and functional)\n
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans\n
• Administer medications and IV therapies in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies\n
• Monitor and document patient progress, updating care plans as needed\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve patient rehabilitation goals\n
• Provide patient and family education and counseling\n
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in medical records\n
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and handle medical emergencies\n
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and orientees\n
