The Care Team is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time, maintain vendor records, and support our accounting team with a variety of AP tasks.

What You’ll Do :

  • Process invoices and payments (check, ACH, wire)
  • Review invoices for accuracy and approvals.
  • Code expenses to the right accounts / departments.
  • Resolve vendor discrepancies and maintain vendor files.
  • Assist with month-end close and annual 1099s.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Prior AP or accounting experience preferred.

    • Education & Requirements :

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Must pass background and MVR check.
