As a Senior Learning and Development Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, organizing, and managing enterprise-wide learning initiatives. This role is responsible for fostering a consistent learning culture across the business, while leading the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of development programs.

You will also be responsible for designing and documenting organizational and operational processes to ensure the smooth execution of programs and initiatives
Responsibilities :
- Program Design and Development : Create impactful learning and development programs tailored to business needs, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and diverse learning styles. Incorporate regular feedback and updates to maintain program relevance and effectiveness.
- Needs Analysis and Innovation : Conduct in-depth assessments of current and future organizational learning needs. Integrate insights into program design while introducing innovative trends, tools, and technologies to keep learning strategies future-focused.
- Program Management and Evaluation : Implement, monitor, and evaluate learning initiatives against strategic objectives. Use data, metrics, and analytics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Consultation and Collaboration : Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to provide expertise on training strategies, program design, and delivery methods to address organizational challenges.
- Training Delivery and Facilitation : Deliver engaging training in multiple formats—classroom, virtual, and blended—while fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) : Manage and optimize the LMS (e.g., Workday Learning) to support program execution, tracking, reporting, and evaluation.
- Change Management and Communication : Drive adoption and engagement of learning initiatives through effective communication, stakeholder influence, and change management practices.
- Project Management : Apply structured project management approaches to oversee learning initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, efficient resource use, and alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to align learning strategies with broader business objectives.
Experience :
6 years of progressive experience within Learning & Development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering tailored programs that align with business needs while incorporating emerging trends and technologies.Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, the Kirkpatrick Model for training evaluation, and the ADDIE instructional design framework preferred.Proven experience creating learning materials grounded in adult learning principles and adaptable to diverse learning styles.Expertise in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), overseeing program delivery, and ensuring a seamless learner experience with robust reporting capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical solutions.Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively and build collaborative relationships.High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
