Security Officer - Auto Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout an automotive manufacturing location. You will remain highly visible to provide a reassuring presence and deliver exceptional customer service to everyone on site. This is a driving position, so you will be responsible for covering various areas and responding promptly to situations as needed. What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, including areas such as parking lots, showrooms, and operational facilities.
  • Monitor for suspicious or unusual activity and report findings according to site protocols.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials and managing entry points as required by site procedures.
  • Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and / or site representatives regarding any incidents, concerns, or maintenance needs identified during patrols.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and observations during assigned shifts.

  • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Current certification in CPR and / or First Aid is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
