The Goddard School located at 1528 Providence Road S Waxhaw, North Carolina has been open since 2011 and has 150 children under our care. Associate / Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; Child Development Associate (CDA) preferredAt least 1 year of teaching experience in a classroom settingAt least 1 year of experience working with infants aged 6 weeks to 12 monthsDevelops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty membersWorks cooperatively alongside all co-teachers and school resource teachersWorks productively without supervision within established organizational policies and proceduresIs highly motivated and takes direction wellAbility to complete weekly lesson plans and carry them out within the classroomMust be committed to following Goddard and state licensing guidelines to ensure the health, safety, and education of all childrenMust be able to lift 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of childrenMeets background check eligibilityApply today if you think you would make a great addition to our educational staff.
