IP Litigation Associate – Trademark, Copyright, Trade Secrets

Multiple Locations (Nationwide Am Law 50 Firm)

$235K–$365K + Bonus + Benefits

JD Class Years : 2020–2023

A nationally renowned Am Law 50 firm is seeking a talented IP Litigation Associate to join its dynamic technology-focused litigation group . This is an incredible chance to litigate some of the most cutting-edge IP disputes in the country—from brand protection battles to high-stakes trade secret cases—within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Work On :

High-impact IP litigation matters involving trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and false advertising

Collaborate on litigation strategy and advise clients navigating legal risks in tech innovation

Manage discovery, craft winning legal arguments, and work directly with clients across industries

Work cross-functionally with internal teams and partners across multiple offices

What We’re Looking For :

2–5 years of IP litigation experience (trademark, copyright, trade secrets, false advertising)

Proven ability to handle complex litigation and enforcement matters

Experience developing legal strategy, managing discovery, and conducting legal research

Strong writing chops and interpersonal savvy

Licensed in the jurisdiction where you'd be based

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
