Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a dedicated Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems across various facilities. If you are passionate about fire protection and life safety, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems and associated equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national fire alarm codes and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service performed.
  • Keep accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm service or related field.
  • Knowledge of fire alarm systems and components is required.
  • Must possess a valid fire alarm technician license or be willing to obtain one.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights.
