Downtown Pittsburgh law firm is in need of a Paralegal.

Duties to include :

  • Order and track records and related to build case files efficiently.
  • Coordinate reports and materials, ensuring timely retrieval and organization.
  • Prepare clear, error-free professional correspondence to send to expert witnesses, clients, and attorneys.
  • Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and collaborate with attorneys and support staff.

Requirements :

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in the legal field...litigation experience needed
  • Solid understanding of medical terminology to navigate records and communications effectively.
  • Proficiency in grammar, writing, and editing for professional client-facing communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient MSOffice skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
