Brand Campaign Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a bold, culturally curious, and impact-driven Brand Campaign Manager to lead high-visibility, 360°ree; integrated campaigns that span TV, social, digital, OOH, experiential, and more. As both a strategic thinker and a flawless executor, you’ll bring big ideas to life—building campaigns that earn attention, drive trust, and deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
Lead full-funnel 360°ree; campaigns : From insight to execution, develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, TV, experiential, partnerships, and earned media.
Translate insights into action : Use cultural, behavioral, and performance data to develop creative and channel strategies that resonate with our core audiences and maximize ROI.
Champion innovation : Identify and lead test-and-learn initiatives; establish measurement frameworks to continually optimize campaign performance.
Standardize and scale : Help evolve our campaign development process—driving efficiency, creativity, and excellence across every campaign touchpoint.
Provide cultural POV : Keep a finger on the pulse of pop culture, consumer behavior, and category trends—and translate insights into creative and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Media, Research, Legal, Partnerships, and Comms to deliver unified, brand-defining campaigns.
What You Bring
4–6+ years in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management (in-house or agency).
Proven experience leading multi-channel, high-impact campaigns across platforms such as TV, social, podcasts, creator / talent channels, print, experiential, and performance media.
A strong consumer brand background, ideally from companies that are culturally relevant and creatively ambitious (e.g., Adidas, Red Bull, Spotify, Airbnb, Cash App, Coinbase, etc.).
Experience working on campaigns with measurable ROI, applying insights and data to improve performance and outcomes.
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills; able to manage internal teams and external agency partners with clarity and influence.
A passion for creativity, storytelling, and building brands people care about.
Nice to Have
Experience in the tech or fintech space.
A deep understanding of cultural marketing, creator ecosystems, and emerging media channels.
Familiarity with performance media metrics and how they integrate into brand campaigns.
