Clinical Director, Clinical Field Operations

The Clinical Director, Clinical Field Operations is responsible for modeling the WellBe values and mission. S / he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the Company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The Clinical Director, Clinical Field Operations role helps to support ongoing leadership and operational management of assigned geographies. S / he is responsible for following the rules and regulations of state and federal regulatory agencies and other certified agencies for their region. This position is responsible for providing operational and patient care leadership while supporting the company's overall business strategy and supports the daily implementation for all clinical operations and quality patient care related functions and performance of the assigned geography. The Clinical Director, Clinical Field Operations is expected to foster positive and effective working relations with senior leadership and management, local market management, and business ancillary departments for the purpose of achieving the company's vision, mission, and objectives.

Job Requirements

Must Haves

Educational / Experience Requirements :

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with completed certification in areas of Family, Adult, or Adult / Gero.
• Master's Degree or higher (required)
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of direct people leadership / management experience (required)
• Minimum of 5+ years of NP or related nursing work experience
• Previous experience in home care, hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics strongly preferred, other complex patient health care experience also beneficial.
• Prior start up experience (preferred)
• CPR certification (Required).
• DEA possession or eligibility

Required Skills and Abilities :

Supervisory Responsibility : Directly oversees staff within an assigned geographical area.

Travel Requirements :

Travel may be required up to 50% locally.
