Overview

AidKit is revolutionizing how aid reaches those who need it most. We're on a mission to empower nonprofits and governments to deliver aid and public benefits with unprecedented efficiency. We are seeking an Application Specialist to join our growing team.

Please note : This is a fixed-term employment position tied to the funding duration of specific grants or contracts. The position is expected to continue through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension contingent upon the renewal or extension of funding.

About the Role

The Application Specialist will support post-launch success across multiple aid programs, configuring and maintaining AidKit's low / no-code platform for real-world use. You'll work closely with Application Engineers and Program Managers to ensure seamless operations, while also helping to identify and resolve platform issues, monitor data integrity, and implement updates or improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving in ambiguity, is detail-oriented and organized, and thrives on turning complexity into simplicity. No day is the same in this role! It's a great fit if you're curious, eager to use and grow your technical skills in SQL and JavaScript, and excited by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through technology.

• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of low / no-code applications.
• Monitor program workflows and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
• Conduct data quality checks and help manage form / survey logic, eligibility rules, and system triggers.

The pay range for this role is :

90,000 - 110,000 USD per year(Remote)
