Harrison Gray Search has partnered with one of the largest independent agencies in Wi to help them find a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join one of their Wisconsin Valley offices ( Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, or Wausau ). The Account Manager works closely with a team of agents to provide excellent customer service and support to individual and group clients.
Qualified candidates will be licensed and have 3+ years of commercial lines experience .

Requirements
Required Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of insurance products, rating, and underwriting proceduresPractical knowledge of quoting process and toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical thinking, business acumen, and organizational skillsProficient computer skills including the ability to document and access informationAbility to follow existing processes, procedures, and verbal instructionAbility to manage multiple priorities, accurately, efficiently, and independentlyAttention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracyLicense and Certification Requirements
Valid WI driver’s license and acceptable driving historyCurrent licensure or ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Resident Intermediary granted by the State of WisconsinResponsibilities
Prepares submissions and markets new / renewal business to appropriate carriersResponds to all day-to-day inquiries and service issues for assigned clientsProvides coverage recommendations and collects exposures from clients and prospectsMaintains agency management system with up-to-date and accurate informationServes as liaison between client and vendors / carriers to resolve issues and identify process improvement opportunitiesTracks, manages and documents open issues, keeping the client and agent informed of status and resolutionQuotes, analyzes, compares, and recommends coverage options for clientsManages renewal timeline to ensure timely execution of client decisionsPrepares summaries of insurance, renewals, schedules, and proposalsReviews client contracts and policies for accuracySupports Agents with new and renewal business presentations as neededBuilds and maintains strong customer relationships through pro-active communicationCommunicates and educates clients on latest industry trends, issues, and changesAttends client meetings as required
