The Senior AI / Automation Developer is a hands-on technical role within our innovative AI & Automation team. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-driven development, creating full-stack applications using vibe coding methodologies while building sophisticated data solutions. You'll work closely with the AI / Automation Development Lead and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on rapid delivery and business impact. This role is ideal for an experienced developer who is passionate about leveraging AI, automation, and data technologies to solve complex business challenges.

Technical Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Copilot) and API integration

Programming & Development :

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications :

This is a hybrid role reporting to the SVP - Technology Improvement Director.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
