Tufco is growing, and we are excited to add a Sales Engineer I to our team in Minnesota. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer relationship building, while contributing to the continued success of our company.

  • Qualifications

    A proven track record of consistently growing high-margin revenue by solving technically complex problems, developing long-term customer partnerships and working with team members to win together in resinous flooring, millwright, fabrication and rigging services. Experience in plumbing or sanitary piping is a plus. A background in serving the food and beverage industry is preferred. Engineering Degree preferred. Must reside in the state of Minnesota and be available for travel within the state of MN to call on new & existing clients.

    Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and must be able to pass pre-employment background, credit check and drug screening. Tufco Flooring LLC maintains a  drug-free and tobacco-free  workplace.

  • Of our Tufco flooring and drain solutions business into existing and new industry verticals throughout our 8-state region in the U.S. Midwest
  • And into additional infrastructure solutions businesses across the United States.
  • The Compensation

    Compensation would be  $115,000 per year,  plus an  annual performance bonus  opportunity tied to exceptional revenue and earnings growth. For extraordinary talent, we offer a  lifetime of opportunity.
