Assistant Superintendent

As an Assistant Superintendent in the North Country and Northern Vermont, you will be integral to the construction of some of the area’s most iconic projects. The Assistant Project Superintendent supervises the field activities of PC employees and subcontractors, usually within a limited set of trades, to ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements while meeting the company's safety, budget, and schedule goals. The right candidate will have three years’ experience successfully supervising employees and subcontractors on a construction site. Must be safety-focused and have excellent communication and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review design drawings and specifications to identify potential issues.
• Assess and report field conditions.
• Review and analyze subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Ensure all trades and subcontractors have the resources they need to complete their work.
• Review equipment costs, overall job costs and units completed.
• Mentor and coach direct reports.

This position has a pay range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, in addition to an extensive benefits package that includes company stock, project bonus, and profit-sharing bonus.
