• Schedule :
• Clinic : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (or as agreed)
• Call : 1 weekend / month (Fri-Sun, 7a-7a); potential weekday call with rounding / admissions
• Job Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient
• Types of Cases :
• General outpatient / inpatient
• OB management (preferred)
• Pediatric care (newborn to adolescent)
• Credentialing : 60-90 days Minimum Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible : Family Medicine
• Certifications : NRP
• Licensure : WI license or IMLC accepted
