We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Data Entry / Recruiting Clerk to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hiring department's high degree of organization and efficiency
• Perform clerical duties like emailing, handling paperwork, and processing background checks
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• Draft communications materials
• Perform recruitment duties including scheduling interviews, updating the calendar, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails
• Maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork
