Perform digital takeoffs using Active Takeoff, OnScreen Takeoff , or similar software. Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to ensure precise bid preparation. Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to define scope and pricing. Support project and maintain organized records of bids and proposals. 3+ years of estimating experience in roofing, waterproofing, caulking, or restoration. Proficiency in takeoff software (Active Takeoff, OnScreen Takeoff, or equivalent). Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communicator who thrives in a team environment.
