What you'll need to succeed as a Dockworker (Hostler) at XPO :

Minimum qualifications :

• Be at least 18 years of age
• A valid driver's license
• Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
• To pass a company-paid, post-offer, pre-hire (physical essential functions) test
• Available to work a flexible schedule that's up to 12-14 hours a day, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
