A forward-thinking automotive OEM developing global electric vehicles with an emphasis on innovation, cost-efficiency, and high-quality design. Their engineering team supports full lifecycle development from concept through to launch.

Overview of the Role

As Exterior Trim Design Engineer, you'll lead the development of components such as fascia systems, lighting, appliqués, and moldings. You'll support cross-functional teams throughout design, feasibility, tooling, and release — ensuring robust solutions that meet global standards and market needs.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7-12 years' experience in exterior trim design engineering
• Proficient in CATIA V5, Team Center, and DFMEA
• Proven Experience in Design of Fascia components.
• Experience with plastics, mold design, and vendor collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of BOM management, cost reduction, and quality improvement methods
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
