Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers through professional, face-to-face interactions.
Understand client goals and present customized product or service solutions.
Execute Consultive Strategy Group’s proven sales and customer acquisition strategies.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to support client campaigns and meet key performance objectives.
Track and manage accounts, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate reporting.
Participate in ongoing leadership and development training to prepare for higher-level roles.
Experience & Qualifications
No prior sales or account management experience required — we provide complete hands-on training.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
Interest in leadership, business development, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
