The staff includes Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses specially trained in allergy and asthma and an exemplary clerical support team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Practice Manager located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Medical Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of the practice, including managing clinical and clerical staff, ensuring patient satisfaction, and coordinating with physicians. The role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing practice efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare management, including staff supervision and administrative tasks
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work on-site in Grand Rapids, MI
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Experience in allergy and asthma care setting is a plus
