• The Project Controls Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the schedule, budget and trails of a given task are well organized.
• They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.
• In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to the project managers.
• The Project Controls Analyst assists & supports the Project Management team in performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting documents to / from Client / Subs / Suppliers / etc., general Document Controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings / invoices, and other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
