Assistant Director of Financial Planning

A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Financial Planning to oversee and mentor financial planning teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and coach Financial Counselors and Financial Planners on best practices

Conduct daily quality assessments and provide feedback to ensure compliance and performance standards are met

Manage the queueing system to ensure timely assistance for students and fill in for Financial Planner and Counselor roles as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience

Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM

At least 9 months of demonstrated results in a Financial Counselor role or 2 years of combined financial aid experience

Minimum of 2 years of team management experience preferred
