Position Overview :
We are seeking a customer service minded individual who is responsible for assisting the Member Service team by delivering best-in-class customer support to Courthouse members and prospects from the Salem Keizer community through digital avenues.If you have experience working with customers, including via phone and email, this position will highlight those skills as you address unique member scenarios and process changes on accounts.Member Service Representatives support and guide our current members by effectively assessing a problem or question, troubleshooting, and then communicating a resolution or next steps.It is our biggest priority to provide accurate and clear information for a consistent experience for all members.In this role, you’ll play a key part in fostering a welcoming environment, being a liaison of communication and connection, and being an integral part of someone's journey. Key Responsibilities :
Promote the culture, values, and mission of Courthouse Club Fitness Facilitate member questions and change requests via phone, email, and online chat Collaborate as a team to resolve complex and unique issues, which are often isolated and first-case Having a positive mindset with the intention of resolving every member situation successfully and completely Employ a policy-forward approach while remaining empathetic Work in and become efficient in multiple software platforms Promote self-sufficiency by guiding members to utilize Courthouse resources Qualifications : Experience : Past experience in Customer Service either physical or digital.Must demonstrate proficiency with phones and computers, preferably company-specific software.Active Listener :
Ability to listen, understand, and summarize with clarity and simplicity, both w ritten and verbal. Strategic Communicator : Incorporate rapport to strengthen customer satisfaction.Use diplomacy and tact to mediate high-tension situations.Team-Oriented :
