What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide outsourced consultative delivery services in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relationsTranslate business strategies into people and organizational priorities in collaboration with business leadersDevelop customized deliverables to support clients' business strategies and organizational needsChampion the design and integration of holistic organizational plans including talent, structure, and cultureContribute expert advice based on current best practices to enhance client growth, retention, and engagementWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of seven years in an HR or training and development role with progressive experiencePrior consulting experience highly preferredAbility to thrive in a dynamic work environment with an ever-changing scheduleRelevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP / SCP or progress towards these certifications preferredHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
