RN Unit Manager

Compensation : $113K-$118K pr / yr + $5K Sign on Bonus

Job Type : Full-Time and In-person position, 7am-3pm

Collaborating with a Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation Facility in the Bronx, NY that is seeking a RNUM

RN Unit Manager Duties and Responsibilities :

• Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identities any issues that affect desired resident outcomes
• Assess, review, and maintain that daily resident care needs are met, and appropriate resident care is given
• Address resident and staff concerns to promote quality care
• Supervise staff nurses and CNAs to ensure their completion and quality of duties
• Make rounds of resident rooms to observe and evaluate resident’s physical / emotional state
• Review order and care plans
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary
• Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Remain prepared to do any services or assignments within the scope of practice of an RN
