BIG LAW is actively seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our busy Litigation practice in Wheeling, WV. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle challenging cases, develop courtroom skills, and grow within a highly regarded practice.

Qualifications :

• Active license to practice in West Virginia (required)
• 3+ years of litigation experience, commensurate with time in practice
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Genuine desire to appear in court and advocate for clients
