Position :   Accounting Analyst II

Job Description :

The Accounting Analyst supports our business units with monthly closing activities which include recording actual result and accruals, as well as ensuring the accuracy of accounting transactions. The candidate must be results oriented, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities May Include :

This position serves as a key function to the process of recording and initiating product purchases and sales to third parties as well as intercompany transactions.

• Complete monthly closing activities, including booking of accruals and actuals and ensuring accuracy of entries.
• Assist in resolving issues primarily related to volume differences in inventory reconciliation and invoice processing
• Locate pipeline tickets or other custody transfer documentation and
• Record bulk purchases, bulk sales, exchanges, and inventory movements in SAP
• Support projects or initiatives of the team.
