We are looking for compassionate individuals who aspire to build a successful nursing career in the oncology field.\n\nThis role involves participating in essential quality and core curriculum training sessions, engaging in professional development workshops, and successfully completing clinical competencies with guidance from our experienced Clinical Education Team. Under the oversight of a licensed Registered Nurse, you will work to enhance your nursing skills and knowledge while directly contributing to patient care.\n\nNext Start Date : February 2026\n\nEligibility : Must graduate 45 days or more before the start date.\n\nEssential Functions\n

• Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and identify patient needs in collaboration with licensed RNs.\n
• Develop individualized care plans that include input from patients and families as well as referral to multidisciplinary services.\n
• Provide safe and effective nursing care, respecting patient rights and practicing empathetic patient advocacy.\n
• Record care given and any necessary adjustments while communicating effectively with the healthcare team.\n
• Prepare for the NCLEX exam and develop skills under the supervision of an experienced nurse mentor.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n
• Education : An Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree preferred.\n
• Experience : No previous experience necessary; this program is exclusively for candidates with less than one year of nursing experience.\n\nLicensure\n\nWe accept candidates with a temporary Graduate Nurse license upon graduation, allowing you to work under supervision until you pass the NCLEX exam and obtain your RN licensure.\n\nWork Environment\n\nThe work schedule is variable, and you will be based at Tuomey, 1570 Tuomey Hospital, within the Oncology Nursing Department.\n\nBe part of a transformative healthcare team dedicated to the well-being of our community.
