Commercial Loan Officer

A community bank is looking for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join their team. They need someone who has a strong background in developing and maintaining new business and relationships in the surrounding community. Responsibilities for the Commercial Lender / Commercial Loan Officer

Identify, solicit and cross-sell a wide range of commercial banking services by following a proactive sales and business development plan
Develop new loans and manage the existing loan portfolio
Prepare Loan Committee presentations
Calculate Risk
Increase market presence
Assist with some day-to-day operations at the bank
Provide a great customer experience

Qualifications for the Commercial Lender / Commercial Loan Officer

3+ years of direct Commercial Lending experience

C&I and CRE lending experience

Strong understanding of Credit Analysis and Underwriting

Strong business development skills

Proven track record in business development

Preferably a 4-year degree in a related field
