job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform skilled complex troubleshooting, repair, modification, installation and preventative maintenance on buildings, facilities, battery manufacturing equipment, and systems. Perform routine and preventative maintenance to include but not limited to : pumps, hoses, valves, fittings, filters, blowers, fans, electric motors, HVAC equipment, liquid / gas plumbing, gearboxes, forklifts, timers, and relays. Perform electrical repair, mechanical repair, and other mechanical tasks. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems. Log equipment repair. Comply with all health and safety procedures and processes. Participate in all necessary safety trainings / practices. Work safely around hazardous materials. Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Welding experience preferred but not necessary. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work in hot and cold environments. Punctual and reliable. 1-3 years manufacturing / plant experience. LOTO experience. Skilled use of hand and power tools. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical experience. Ability to read blue prints, diagrams, and troubleshoot. Ability to use tape measure, calipers, and other measuring tools. Experience of using shop equipment : band saw, chop saw, drill press, disc sander, lathe, and mill. Dedication to excellent attendance. Must complete pre-employment physical. Monday - Friday, early morning start time. Saturday / Sunday work required at times. 50+ hours / week.

Concorde Battery Corporation is seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician Level II to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing both routine and non-routine repair and maintenance of our facilities, buildings, and equipment. Working under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
