About the Role
As a Team Lead Inbound Operations at JD Logistics, you will oversee the efficient receiving, unloading, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments. You will manage a team to ensure the inbound process runs smoothly, meeting company standards for accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate receiving of all shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and other teams to ensure smooth inbound flow.
- Ensure the proper inspection and quality control of incoming goods.
- Train and mentor inbound personnel to ensure high operational standards.
- Collaborate with inventory and outbound teams to maintain efficient stock management and movement.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvements.
