Key Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Senior :
Oversee quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), ensuring accuracy and timeliness using SEC reporting software.Prepare quarterly earnings releases (8-K) and earnings call scripts, including supporting documentation and workpapers.Develop and review supporting schedules for financial statements and disclosures.Manage XBRL tagging and contribute to MD&A and disclosure checklistsSupport preparation of proxy statements, investor presentations, and press releases.Qualifications of the Financial Reporting Senior :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
