Senior Backend Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and optimize systems that power their products.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions with a high level of autonomy using development processes

Support the development of junior developers and optimize platform performance

Produce and test code in short cycles while adapting solutions based on end-user feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar; equivalent experience is also considered

6 - 8 years of software development experience

Knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and Object-Oriented Design

Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Microservices Development is valued

Familiarity with relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle is a plus
