Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner : Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver exceptional primary care Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population

Qualifications of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner : Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program recognized by the Oregon Board of NursingRelevant Master's degreeCurrent DEA certificationHold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of OregonHold valid, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner national certification issued American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or National Certification Corporation (NCC), or an equivalent Medicare / Medicaid approved certifying bodyBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
