Position : Fixed Wing Pilot Instructor and Check Airman

Location : Remote

Airframe : King Air B200 / 350

Schedule : Full Time, Fourteen to Sixteen Days Monthly.

Annual Salary Range : $118,000 - $123,500

Incentives Included :

• 5,000 annual stipend (Must Complete Initial Check Pilot Training).
• 15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Must Complete Training and Check Ride).
• 40,000 Retention Bonus (There is a 6 Month Waiting period and This is a 3 Year Program).
• No Training Contract.

Company Paid ATP-CTP (If not already completed).

Job Summary :

Guardian Flight is looking to hire an experienced Fixed Wing Pilot Instructor to join our team. The Pilot Instructor will conduct training for Guardian Flight's fleet of King Air 200 / 350 aircraft. Training will be conducted in the classroom, simulator and in-flight for both initial and recurrent courses.

The instructor will ensure new hire pilots are properly trained and competent with the knowledge to conduct air medical flight operations in accordance with the company Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, Standard Operating Procedures manual, appropriate FARs, Airplane Flight Manuals and any other company policies. The instructor will be responsible for confirming the ground training is completed and all necessary documentation completed correctly.

Additionally, after gaining experience in Guardian Flight operations, the Pilot Instructor will conduct check rides per FAR 135.293, .297 and .299.

A Note to Internal Applicants : Current Guardian Flight pilots will receive the new hire instructor base salary, before Geo Modifier if any, or their current base hourly rate converted to salary whichever is higher .
