Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, or product development environments. Prior work with engineering and validation systems.
Job Description
About the Role
We are supporting an innovative EV manufacturer in scaling and optimizing their engineering and quality systems. This role will focus on managing and enhancing JIRA-managed systems that directly support key product validation, issue tracking, and process excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own administration and optimization of JIRA systems (Design Verification Plan - DVP, Deviations - DVI and Concerns).
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and root cause analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement improved JIRA workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with engineering, validation, and quality teams to drive operational excellence.
- Prepare system documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
- Develop a structured knowledge transition plan for sustained operations.
